Data collected
The contact and order forms ask only for what is needed to reply: your name, email and, for a delivery, phone and address. The message, brochure request, newsletter choice and “already a customer” note are included in the email sent to the house.
Purposes
To answer a request, prepare an order, send the brochure if you ask for it, and send news only if you have ticked that box. The newsletter box is never pre-ticked.
Retention
For as long as it takes to handle the request, then for the legal period if the request becomes a sale. Addresses used for news are kept until you unsubscribe.
