Two Champagne terroirs, Mancy and Vitry-en-Perthois, meet in this blanc de blancs. Two styles of Chardonnay, two soils, and a complementarity that gives the wine its complexity.
Restless by nature, it shows the frank, mineral side of Mancy, then the exotic richness of the Vitryat. Or the other way round.
That shift, from one sip to the next, is the point of Vibrato.
