Coloratura
Rosé champagne
A long, patient harvest of many small bunches. The wait at the press grew with it, and the grapes macerated for six hours, long enough for the anthocyanins to give this colour.
From the 2021 harvest, Coloratura is Meunier from the oldest vines in Mancy. The colour appears as it is poured.
Nose and palate agree: red fruit, and a fine salinity. Ease, and elegance.
